When you google architect William Lightfoot Price, this 8,000sf house shows up on his Wikipedia page. No pressure, right?

While this project was presented to us in sound structural condition, it was in need of extensive updates and repairs. Our scope includes a full rewire/knob & tube remediation, updated mechanicals, masonry repairs, several new bathrooms, a gut/reno of the carriage house, a new kitchen, a new foyer, and reworking select interior partitions.

Our goal is to achieve safety, functionality, and leave as little evidence that the home was worked on.
